Living on-campus

On-campus housing at the Grantham campus

Graduate Students enrolled in the following programs are eligible for on-campus housing through the completion of their master's degree on a tiered first-come-first-serve basis in this order:

  • Higher Education Leadership Graduate Assistants at ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ
  • Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics
  • Master of Science in Athletic Training*
  • Master of Occupational Therapy*
  • Doctoral of Physical Therapy

One- and Two-bedroom units are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Occupants must be actively enrolled students; family-style housing is not offered. View photos and information here.

*A student enrolled in an accelerated program may move off-campus upon matriculation to graduate-level standing. Students in the accelerated program receive priority in on-campus grad student designated housing before non-accelerated students in their same program, on a first come first-served basis.

If you are interested in living in on-campus housing please follow these three steps:

  1. Complete the .This will be used to guide placement decisions following the priority listed above.
  2. Anticipate receiving an email on April 15th with placement decisions, if the form was completed by March 31st. For all forms received April 1 and later, housing decisions will be emailed on a rolling basis as there is open capacity.
  3. Once emailed about placement decisions, if assigned an on-campus apartment, to confirm the assignment you are given log into at that time and complete the "Graduate Housing Contract" on the left to digitally sign the contract.
